HTML5 AppCache Support

HTML5 provides an ApplicationCache interface to enable the mobile boarding pass page and png images to be stored offline on the phone. This AppCache allows you to specify which files the browser should cache and make available to users offline.

The cache manifest is a simple text file that lists the resources the browser should cache for offline access. To enable the application cache for Boarding Pass, include the manifest attribute on the html tag of the default web template as follows:

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" manifest="${BRecID}.appcache" >

To disable the cache, just include it in a comment.

## manifest="${BRecID}.appcache"
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" >
