Issue Fields

These fields are specified in the IssueRequest when creating the boarding pass. They should be specified to pass more information than is encoded in the barcode. Typically, they are used to display text information on the barcode about the passenger or flight.

They are available in the content templates using the values specified.

${BRec.channel} The channel attribute in the issue request. It can be used to differentiate between different distribution channels, e.g. web, web to mobile, mobile, kiosk etc. String
${BRec.message} The message attribute in the issue request. String
${BRec.cabinName} The cabinName attribute in the issue request. String
${BRec.departTerminal The departTerminal attribute in the issue request. String
${BRec.arriveTerminal The arriveTerminal attribute in the issue request. String
${BRec.infantName} The infantName attribute in the issue request. String
${BRec.withInfant} The passenger is travelling with infant in arms. Boolean
${BRec.first} The first attribute in the issue request for this barcode. Should be set by the calling app if the templates should have condition code for first class passengers. Boolean
${BRec.business} The business attribute in the issue request. Boolean
${BRec.economy} The economy attribute in the issue request. Boolean
${BRec.staff} The staff attribute in the issue request. An application should set this to true if it's staff travel, the templates can use this information to highlight. Boolean
${BRec.standby} The standby attribute in the issue request. An application should set this to true if it's staff travel, the templates can use this information to hightlight. Boolean
${BRec.VIP} The VIP attribute in the issue request. Typically should be set by the calling application if the appropriate SSR is set in the DCS. Boolean
