Barcode Pass Data

The following fields are available for use in all templates. They contain:

  • Information about the template type (email, SMS, etc.)
  • Airline configuration information.
  • Links to viewing the boarding pass.
  • Supporting information about origin and destination airports

${Sys.mobileNumberSpecified} If a mobile number was specified when issuing the boarding pass. boolean
${Sys.mobileNumber} The mobile number (if specified) that was used with the issueBoardingPass. String
${Sys.emailSpecified} If an email was specified when issuing the boarding pass this will return "true". boolean
${Sys.email} The emailaddress (if specified) that was used with the issueBoardingPass. String
${Sys.emailAsWebPage} If this template is displaying the email as a web page, this will return true else it will return false. This is useful if you want to further customize the email when it is in a web browser. boolean
${Sys.smsMessage} If this template is being used to create as SMS message. boolean
${Sys.emailSubject} If this template is being used to create the Email Subject line. boolean
${Sys.emailHtmlBody} If this template is rendering the body of the email. String
${Sys.mobileWebPage} If this template is rendering the mobile web page. String
${Sys.boardingPassMobileImageURL} The fully qualified url for displaying just the barcode image component of the mobile boarding pass. String
${Sys.BoardingPassMobileImageTag} The full <img> html tag containing the mobile barcode. When rendering emails, it will reference an attached image in the email, when rendering web pages it references the boardingPassMobileimageURL on the server. String
${Sys.BoardingPassMobileWebPageURL} The full URL for viewing the mobile boarding pass online in a mobile web browser. String
${Sys.BoardingPassMobileEmailURL} The full URL for viewing the mobile boarding pass email as a web page. Typically carriers use the email to send more complete terms and conditions of carriage. String
${Sys.BoardingPassApplePassbookURL} The full URL for retrieving the mobile boarding pass email as an Apple Passbook .pkpass file. Typically this link will be included in emails or mobile web pages to allow the passenger to import the boarding pass into their iOS 6 iPad or iPhone. String
${Sys.passbookStatusCallbackURL} This contains the URL of the SITA web service that handles Passbook update requests. It should be embedded in Apple Passbooks that can be updated by the user or by push notification. This URL is different for every issued pass. String
${Sys.passbookStatusAuthenticationToken} This contains the Authentication token of the SITA web service that handles Passbook update requests. It should be embedded in Apple Passbooks that can be updated by the user or by push notification. String
