Support Console – Boarding Pass Transactions
A Support Console is available to investigate and troubleshoot individual boarding pass incidents. These options allow the user to search for a boarding pass transaction, and to check the transaction logs associated with the boarding pass.
Viewing Boarding Passes
Selecting the Passes option displays a list all issued boarding passes.
Boarding passes are displayed as follows depending on successful or unsuccessful delivery:
- Green – Delivery successful
- Red – Delivery unsuccessful - if no attempt has been made to deliver the pass or the attempt has failed.
- Blue – Pending Delivery - sent but waiting on delivery acknowledgment.
The Support Console can be used to resend boarding passes, or send the pass to a new mobile number or email address, which is useful for troubleshooting purposes.
Boarding Pass reports are in real time, and are useful for checking to see if the system is receiving new boarding pass requests.
